Most mature build in the portfolio

Dovrin Data Accelerator — the receipts, shown early.

Synthetic-tenant generation and governed load for CSD/CSDE migrations. Migration is a project, not a daily habit — so it isn't the flagship — but it's the fastest way to see the discipline before trusting the Dovrin Toolbox with your day-to-day work.

Replay-gated in CI Every refusal typed, drillable, never dropped KPIs never averaged across tenants
What it does

A synthetic fleet, a migration corridor, and a runtime that won't guess.

The demo below is the actual build — a fleet of synthetic tenants, a golden dataset with real money-story figures, a CSD → CSDE migration corridor, and a governed narration runtime that refuses rather than estimates.

Synthetic-tenant fleet

Four synthetic tenants and a read-only PE rollup fold. Per-tenant KPIs are kept per-tenant — never averaged across tenants, so a rollup can't quietly launder a bad number into a good one.

Golden dataset

Org & master data, customers, vendors, per-warehouse items, and transactions — with realized gross margin by family, so the migration is proven against a real money story, not placeholder rows.

Migration corridor

A CSD → CSDE rehearsal with record counts, refusals broken out by class, and cutover gates — every refusal is typed and drillable, never dropped and never best-matched to something close.

Governed runtime

Closed-template, deterministic narration on both CSD and CSDE tenants — the same withhold-don't-guess discipline that governs the Toolbox, proven first here.

Consolidation feed

A combined answer card with a basis-of-preparation legend, a derivation tuple, and full feed provenance back to the fleet tenants behind it — plus a structured UNMAPPED bucket instead of a silent bare sum.

Honest refusals

Two refusal scenarios are demoed on purpose — a P&L translation request out of scope, and a distribution feed that's unreachable. Both refuse in writing instead of guessing.

Replay-gated: the dataset and the migration corridor run under fail-closed CI, alongside the scrub and image gates. This is one of only three components in the portfolio release-gated that way today.

See the discipline before you trust it on your cutover.

Bring your CSD tenant and your CSDE target; we bring the synthetic fleet, the rehearsal corridor, and the same governed-refusal discipline that runs the Toolbox.

Honest status: built and CI-gated end to end on a synthetic fleet. No live tenant has run through it yet — that's exactly what the design-partner program is for.
